Hello, I am Michael Wender a freelance web consultant and web developer. I’ve been making my living on the web since 2000, and I’ve been self-employed since September 2001.

In the fall of 2005, this website was originally conceived as a marketing platform for a couple of turn-key web hosting packages that I offer. Then, in the spring of 2007 I decided to convert this site into a WordPress blog so I would have a place to share my thoughts and observations gleaned from working on the web day after day.

It is my goal to use this blog to give back to the open-source community and to promote my talents and abilities to my current and future clients.
